Who are we?

Founded in 1999 by Damien Lucas as a spin-off from Ecole Centrale Paris (Dept. of Structures & Mechanical Engineering), Computing Objects is a small company specialized in C++ software components for numerical simulations (Finite Elements Method).

Damien is also the lead developer of the CM2 MeshTools SDK (mesh generators) and the CM2 FEM SDK (FEA solvers).

Our clients

Our clients are mostly software companies dedicated to a specific CAE market (civil engineering, geo engineering, bio engineering, mechanical simulations, CFD…)

Willing to upgrade their old painfully-maintained in-house meshing/FEM components or to gain quickly new features, they choose solutions from the CM2 MeshTools SDK and CM2 FEM SDK and get new competitive advantages.

Some of our clients are research centre / engineering department of a big company for their own dedicated research applications.

At present (2018) we have near a hundred customers around the world (Europe, Korea, Japan, USA, Canada, Russia, China…)
