Modern, Reliable, Powerful and Fast Solvers for your FEA Applications

CM2 FEM SDK is a high-quality Finite Element Analysis C++ library (Software Development Kit) for structure mechanical, thermo‑mechanical and thermal analysis.

It is designed to power modeling applications of CAE software companies (ISV) and research centers.

Available Versions

Easy + Efficient Integration

CM2 FEM SDK solvers have a similar interface and logic. Chain them together and solve complex problems.

For example, start with the Newton-Raphson solver to solve a nonlinear geometric or elasto-plastic problem, compute vibration modes near the equilibrium point with the modal solver and finish with stress computations on nodes with the least-squares method (LSM) solver.

Save IO time by directly interacting with the CM2 FEM SDK models and solvers: there is no complex file format.

Strong Foundations

CM2 FEM SDK has been regularly enhanced and improved since its first release to market in 1999. Our latest edition, version 5.5.0, was released in June 2024.

Subscribe to the newsletter and we will be happy to inform you about future releases. Furthermore, if you want to take part in our early release program, please contact us.

CM2 FEM SDK is written in streamlined standard C++ with a clear API.
All solvers are based on a common set of mathematical foundation classes and functions.

Pre-compiled dynamic libraries and source code are available for Microsoft Windows, Linux and Apple macOS.

Training + Custom Developments and Extensions

We love our code. As we have been and are still working hard to develop it, we know it inside out. No one is better suited to help you in many ways.

We are standing by to assist with the integration of our SDK into your programs. Training sessions are available either at your location or in our offices right here in Versailles, France. We’ll be happy to teach you to use our code, to integrate it and get the best out of it to power and enhance your applications.

We are open to suggestions to expand the boundaries of our CM2 MeshTools SDK and CM2 FEM SDK with new features tailored to your specific needs. We can also design and develop exclusive full custom-made code for you.
