CM2 QuadMesh Aniso

current version: 5.4.1 (March 2024)

Delaunay Plane Anisotropic All-Quad/Quad-Dominant
Mesh Generator

CM2 QuadMesh Aniso is our Delaunay plane anisotropic all-quad / quad-dominant mesh generator for your FEA (Finite Element Analysis) applications. Whereas the iso counterpart tends to generate equilateral elements adapted to local isotropic mesh sizes (scalars), this mesher generates stretched quadrangles (and some triangles in quad-dominant mode) adapted to local anisotropic metrics (2×2 symmetric matrices defining 2 directions and 2 sizes at each node).

CM2 QuadMesh Aniso also respects user-defined constraints: outer and inner boundary edges, specific embedded edges and nodes, local mesh sizes (anisotropic), maximum size gradations and background mesh.

High-order elements, for instance 9-node quads and 6-node triangles, can be generated with the help of CM2 MeshTools  SDK core functions (provided free of charge with all licenses).

Training + Custom Developments and Extensions

We love our code. As we have been and are still working hard to develop it, we know it inside out. No one is better suited to help you in many ways.

We are standing by to assist with the integration of our SDK into your programs. Training sessions are available either at your location or in our offices right here in Versailles, France. We’ll be happy to teach you to use our code, to integrate it and get the best out of it to power and enhance your applications.

We are open to suggestions to expand the boundaries of our CM2 MeshTools SDK and CM2 FEM SDK with new features tailored to your specific needs. We can also design and develop exclusive full custom-made code for you.
